DeadCell הולך בגדול לקראת העדכון הבא שלו, ומאמץ את הטרנד האחרון שבו מנסים להכניס כמה שיותר דמויות במקום אחד, נראה שהם הולכים בכיוון של Super Smash Bros. Ultimate ולשיתוף פעולה מרשים בעולם אינדי.
העדכון צריך לצאת ב-26 , Dead Cells מוסיף נשקים, כישורים וסקינים ממספר להיטי אינדי שתכירו יותר. Hollow Knight, Blasphemous, Hyper Light Drifter, Guacamelee, Skul ו-Ccurse of the Dead Gods כלולים כולם.
